The company is legally established as a Payment Institution, specifically authorized as an Electronic Money Issuer, in accordance with Brazilian Central Bank (BCB) Resolutions No. 80/21 and No. 81/21, as well as Circular No. 3,978/20.In addition, under its Payment Institution authorization, ATTRUS (Formerly Facilitapay) is also permitted to operate in the foreign exchange market, pursuant to BCB Resolution No. 277/22.

FacilitaPay North America LLC is duly registered in the United States as a Money Services Business (MSB) under number 31000317304860 with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Registered in the State of Montana, the company is duly authorized and permitted to conduct MSB activities as a Dealer in Foreign Exchange and as a Money Transmitter. Its MSB registration is active and maintained in good standing in accordance with applicable U.S. regulations.
